I am trying to get the image of these trees. I down loaded it and unzipped it.
Either EPS or AI will do but in both cases, they select as one mass of trees including the background shape. I opened the EPS file in PS CS3. My version of Illustrator is 11.0 and evidently too old for opening these vector files. I can’t find the option for saving them in an older version.
when I try to open it in Illustrator it tells me it was created with a newer version and I need to save it to a an earlier version. I have tried and can’t figure out where that choice is. When I can open it, or rather “import” it, it only selects everything at once.
Like I said, an EPS is fine too but I can’t separate the images and the branches are not well defined anyway. they are broken into pieces. What can I do?
